Problems logging into your account

Don't panic - check you're using the correct email address to log in with and are entering your password correctly. If you've forgotten your password enter your email address in the space in the 'Forgot password?' section on the login page - we'll reset your password and email it over to you.

Sometimes customers can have problems logging in to their account because they've accidentally registered multiple accounts with the same email address. If you think you might have duplicate accounts, drop our Support department at email [email protected] and we'll sort that out for you.
