What are the "credits" in my wallet and how to use them?

The credits in your wallet function as a virtual currency that you can use to purchase services within our platform.


You can purchase "credits" using your debit or credit cards in the "My Wallet" section. Once recharged, you can spend them on services provided by consultants.


You have the option to purchase credits in bulk, with occasional bonuses offered. Each service listed by consultants on the platform will indicate the number of credits required. You can make purchases using the credit balance in your account. Your purchase history is accessible from your dashboard panel.


To use them:

  1. Navigate to the service or item you wish to purchase: Browse through the offerings available on the platform.

  2. Check the credit requirement: Each service or item will indicate the number of credits required for purchase.

  3. Confirm your purchase: When you're ready to make a purchase, proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, you'll be prompted to use your credits as payment.

  4. Complete the transaction: Follow the prompts to finalize your purchase using the credits available in your wallet.


Adding funds to your wallet offers convenience for various transactions on the platform:

  • Subscription and Tips: You can subscribe to any user, send tips, or unlock paid messages without needing to perform a credit card transaction each time.
  • Default Payment Method: Your wallet balance will be used by default for purchases or subscription auto-renewals, as long as it covers the cost.
  • Unified Purchases: Purchases cannot be split between wallet balance and credit card. If your wallet balance is insufficient, your connected card will be charged the full amount.
  • Instant Transactions: Wallet credit transactions are immediate and hassle-free. There's no processing time for new transactions.

This system streamlines transactions, providing users with flexibility and efficiency in managing their purchases and subscriptions on the platform.
