Refund and Return Policy

Refunds on digital services.

All sales and transactions are final. Payments are non-refundable and fully earned on payment. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. But the Company may approve a refund in the form of a credit on request if exceptional circumstances exist, including if an Consultant fails to provide services after you buy a subscription to that Consultant’s account (unless the failure to add was caused by your failure to provide accurate information). The amount and form of a refund, and the decision to provide it, is at the Company’s sole discretion. The provision of a refund in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in the future for similar instances; nor does it obligate the Company to provide refunds in the future, under any circumstance.

The Buyer acknowledges that the Buyer/Consultant Transaction will result in a supply of the relevant Content to the buyer before the end of the period of 14 days from the date when the buyer/Consultant Transaction is entered into, and the buyer gives his or her express consent to this and confirms to the Consultant that he or she is aware that any statutory right to cancel the buyer/Consultant Transaction which the buyer has under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law will therefore be lost.

This agreement does not affect any statutory right to receive a refund from the Consultant, which a buyer may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law


Exchange, return and refund of physical goods sold by consultants who are sellers.

Exchange

At ZENN, we do not support exchanging of items, but you can always reach out to your seller using dashboard and request them if they're willing to make an exchange instead of a return.


Returns

At ZENN, we follow the best industry standards to attain maximum customer and seller satisfaction. We stand as a platform that provides services to buyers as well as our sellers. In case of returns, the buyer must return the item directly to the seller w.r.t. their return policy. At ZENN, Buyers does have right of cancellation for upto to 14 days, exceptions to cancellation.

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

· the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;

· the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery;

· the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

· the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;

· a service if ZENN has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;

· the supply of digital content (including apps, digital software, ebooks, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;

· the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.


Refunds

In case you opt to return the product within the first 14 days from the date of receipt, and there has been no error on the sellers part, then the seller will refund the cost of the item as well as the shipping cost to you as follows:

a) Sellers are obliged to refund the standard postage charges corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered by them.

b) The seller has the power to retrieve standard costs of collection from you when the seller receives an item back.

c) If you use a personalised prepaid return label, the seller is authorised to deduct the return postage from your total refund.

d) If you refuse to return the item, sellers aren't obliged to refund or replace an order. The condition stays unless you've agreed differently with the seller.

e) In case you return an item from a large pack, then the seller will refund the per-item charge for the delivery.

f) In case you return the whole item, then the seller will refund per-item delivery charges and per-delivery charges.

Note: With respect to returns claimed during the first 14 days from the date of delivery, sellers aren't required to return the cost of anything other than the purchase or any other services that you may have received from the seller unless there's an error from the seller's end or the item is defective.

In case you cancel your purchase between 14 - 30 days after delivery, the seller is required to refund only the cost of the item (Considering there was no error on the seller's part). In case you opt for a personalised return label, the seller is authorised to subtract the return postage from your total refund value.

On any purchase from a seller, ZENN's marketplace charged your credit card and passes on payment, minus the commission, to your seller. In order to secure your refund in full (the initial price), the seller must request a refund via ZENN's marketplace.

In cases when a refund is necessary (seller is out of stock, can't dispatch, or when you return an item), it's the seller's responsibility to request a refund. ZENN provides sellers with instructions on how to request a refund.

Sellers may issue full or partial refunds, depending on the situation. Sellers cannot charge a restocking fee if the product returned is defective or during the initial stages. ZENN processes the refunds within one week of the seller's request. If everything goes perfectly, the amount will be deposited directly into your bank account, and you'll receive a confirmation email for the same.


Subscription Cancellations.

If you buy a subscription that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period. You retain access to the subscription from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period.
