Payouts?

Here's how payouts work on Zenn.so:

• Available Methods: Your payout options depend on your location. In most cases, it is bank transfer, where you need to provide with your bank information. We also offer Paypal option for some countries.
• Statements Page: Your Statements page will show your Payout Request, Pending Balance, and Earnings.
• Pending Balance: This reflects the earnings you've accrued in the last 7 days. Earnings become withdrawable from the Current Balance on a 7-day rolling basis.
• Extended Holding Period: Consultants in certain countries with high levels of reversed transactions may have a Pending Balance for 21 days. After four months from the first earned transaction, payouts switch to a 7-day rolling basis.
• Refunds and Chargebacks: If a subscriber successfully requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, you'll see an Adjustment on your Statements page for the affected amount. The Status column will indicate any reversed or adjusted earnings.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests and bank payouts are processed immediately and typically appear within 3-5 business days. New profiles are normally paid monthly around 15 of each month (for example: your earning of 1 Jan to 31 Jan will be paid by 15th Feb).
