How do I cancel my subscription?

Once subscribed, please note:

• Non-refundable: Subscriptions are typically non-refundable. Ensure you're committed before subscribing.
• Auto-Renewal: If you wish to stop the subscription from renewing automatically, you can turn off this feature. You'll still have access to the content until the end of the current subscription period.
• Access to Profile: You'll retain access to the consultant's profile until the end of the subscription period, even if you turn off auto-renewal.
• Manage Subscriptions: Visit your "Following" page to view all active and inactive subscriptions. From there, you can unsubscribe to hide the consultant's posts from your feed. Note that unsubscribing doesn't refund your purchase.
• Re-subscribing: During the subscription period, you can follow the profile again without being re-billed.
