In addition to the above, it's important to note the implications of chargebacks or credit card disputes:

  • If a user initiates a chargeback or dispute with their credit card company, their access to zenn may be discontinued or limited as a result.
  • If you believe your account has been restricted or limited erroneously, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
  • Any amounts that users seek to refund or chargeback will be reported to the consultant, and those amounts will be deducted from the consultant's income.
  • We also sometimes hold payment up to 6 months for credit cards/chargeback disputes.
  • Consultants will be notified on disputes and amount would be detected from payout amounts.
